Coordinating organization in the partner country should submit the written demand surveys after collecting the respective surveys from the ministries/institutes/entities that wish to participate in KSP. When submitting more than one demand survey, the coordinating organization should include a priority list. The written demand survey should be sent to the Korean embassy in your country so that is can be relayed to the Ministry of Strategy and Finance (MOSF) of Korea.
Korean experts and agencies conduct literature reviews and field studies for identifying partner countries demand and determining feasibility of the proposed project.
Based on the results of the feasibility study, the selection committee composed of experts in each field gives final recommendation as to which country and theme should be included.
Once the selection for topics and countries are finalized, MOSF enters into contracts with implementing agencies. Actual implementation of KSP begins as soon as project planning and recruitment of adequate experts are complete.
